Instructions for use • Twist the eye pencil up 4 mm • Apply a line along the eyelid • Use the smudging tool at the other end to gently smudge the color for the desired effect • Let the color dry for sixty seconds • Replace the cap tightly after use to protect the silky-smooth formula.
